- Payment is taken at the time of order.
- Once payment has been received, your order will be posted within five working days, unless you are notified otherwise.
- All orders are posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Delivery may be delayed if the weather does not allow post to leave the islands.
- Colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, however I cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
- Please check your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and help.
Returns and refunds
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact me at info@stmartinsbeachart.co.uk or via the Contact page of this website. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
S Boxall, Fiddlers Green, Higher Town, St. Martins, Isles of Scilly, TR25 0QL.
- I recommend you use a recorded delivery service and ask for proof of postage. I cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
- Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long we keep information
Your name, contact details and address will be deleted from our record 28 days after your orders delivery date as shown by Royal Mail tracking.This delay is to allow for any queries following delivery.
If a query is made and requires further action, this period may be extended until the issue is resolved. Once the issue has been resolved your name, contact details, address, payment details and correspondence will be deleted from our record.

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
